The MEDS Programme in more detail...

Week 1

We look at what Self Care is and why it is important to take care of yourself, especially if you are a business owner, high achiever or entrepreneur. We kick off this week with some good exercises to give you a solid foundation for the rest of the programme.

Week 2

This week is all about Meditation! It might not be what you expect! As people generally have a interesting idea about what meditation is... We teach you simple ways of meditation that you can make part of your everyday life - personal and professional.

Week 3

In week 3 we cover Exercise and Movement, and why this is important for anyone who thinks they are "too busy" to exercise. Once again we look at simple ways how you can include this into your weekly schedule. We also have an Expert interview with a Personal Trainer that talks about making exercise simple. 

Week 4

This week is all about "Diet" - not the starving kind... but more the kind of diet that can help and sustain you in your busy week. We cover 3 major areas of Diet... Hydration, Juicing and the Alkaline Diet. Once again we have a Expert Interview for you with a Nutritionist that covers easy ways to look after your diet when you are super busy. 

Week 5

In week 5 we look at the importance of Spiritual Practice and what this is exactly. We also have an expert interview with a life-transformationist who shares her secrets to making spiritual practice part of your day, and how important these are to live a vibrant and fulfilling life.
