90 Day Planner Inside 

Inside your Dore Diary there will be two pages for you to write down your 90 day plans, set your top 5 Things To Do each month and doodle, draw or sketch your goals!

Short Term & Long Term Goals!

Ideally, you should set goals for the Long-Term (big goals), and then mini goals that ultimately tie in with the bigger picture/vision. Long-Term goals can take approximately three, five or even ten years to achieve, while short-term goals could take anywhere from a couple of days, to a few months or a year. Differentiating between the two, will help you from becoming overwhelmed or discouraged and will also assist in always keeping the Long-Term perspective. There will be space for you to do this within your Dore Diary!

Monthly Review & Future Planning

Taking time to review how your month went is so important to both your personal and professional success. There is a space for you to do this every month along with a page for you to plan out the following month and do your future planning.

This A4 one page planner was my original version. As you will see everything you require is on one page from Things To Do (TTD), Daily Time Planner, Blank space to write down notes, phones numbers, etc and on the bottom right, allows for you to write down 3 things you are grateful for that day.

This A5 two page planner was highly requested for those who need more space to write things down or for more creative expression. It is the exact same layout as the A4 one page planner. The only difference is I have allowed for one page on the left hand side to be blank and moved across the gratitude section to the bottom of this page.

How The Dore Diary came about

After an unfortunate accident, aged 21, Declan fractured his skull and as a result was at the risk of not being able to walk, talk or have the use of most of his face again. Over a period of 12 years, Declan developed a range of life skills and well-being practices to overcome this diversity and part of those life skills developed into the creation of The Dore Diaries.

As you can picture, Declan’s whole world came crashing down over night and he found himself having to start from scratch. He knew working for himself was the only route as he always wanted to be his own boss. This lead him on the journey of starting up some of his own business over the years. With some successes and some failures along the way, he started to realise that he had to be very structured and organised when he conducts his business. At times he found himself wanting to be more organised and had a diary, a notebook a directory of phone numbers etc. and tried his best to keep track of it all. He noticed that he had to write everything down, because if he didn’t he would forget to do small tasks or even really big important ones.

Over the years Declan started to put together a system of tools and books so that he could be more efficient in his daily, weekly and monthly tasks. All of these different tools started evolving and developing into his own diary that he had printed and bound at a local printers for himself. This diary contained all the info and space he needed to get his tasks done on a daily basis in one concise page. This allowed him to develop a system that worked most efficiently for him.

He would often meet colleagues or people in business that would ask him “Declan how do you get so much done in so little time?” and then he would share with them how he works this system that he has developed over years. Colleagues and business associates started asking him where they can get a “Dore Diary” so that they can implement the same system in their business and even just daily tasks and things to do. Declan started printing copies of the Dore Diary and shared it with close colleagues, that really wanted to learn and work this system.

So here we are today… The Dore Diary has become a go-to-tool for many entrepreneurs and business owners, even busy stay-at-home parents. It has become a valuable system for many to get their tasks done, but also to reach their long-term and short-term goals.
